Welcome to Sand Dollar Beach, a private gated community located on La Selva Beach, adjacent to Manresa State Beach south of Santa Cruz, with easy access to Highway 1.
Board Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month at 2:00 pm, unless otherwise noted. We encourage all homeowners to attend Board meetings regularly to stay up to date on projects and improvements within the Association. The Board may also meet in executive session, immediately following the board meeting for the following reasons: legal advice, personal health or financial information of owner/member or employee, owner/member appeal or penalties.
Townhouse Committee Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 2:00 pm, unless otherwise noted.
Working Meetings are planned as needed and usually occur on Wednesdays at 8:30 am.
