We encourage all homeowners to attend Board meetings regularly to stay up to date on projects and improvements within the Association. Board meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 2:00 pm, unless otherwise noted on the Meeting Calendar.
AGENDA ITEM ADDITION POLICY: HOA members may request and submit agenda items for the upcoming SDBHOA Board meeting two weeks in advance of said Board meeting by emailing the SDBHOA management company with their request. Accepted requests will be reflected in the agenda posted prior to the SDBHOA scheduled meeting.
