- Each owner gets a personal access code. Below the gate owners also get a transmitter if they would like for convenience. Please contact King Management for your personal access code.
- For construction projects, contact King Management to create a temporary code for your contractor. Contractor hours are Monday through Saturday 7:50a.m. to 6p.m. This code will only work during these times.
- When a guest calls you for access on the gate phone entry system, press “9” on your phone to open the gate.
- If gate needs service, contact King Management at: 831-475-9100.
- Repair costs will be charged to anyone causing damage to the gate.
