*IMPORTANT* ATTENTION TOWNHOUSE OWNERS: Please send your proof of homeowners insurance to DeCamara Management ASAP as required by our governing documents, CC&R's Section 4.11.2.

GATE CODE: There are 3 possible gate codes:
    1. Temporary renter code: every 6 months the 'renter' temporary gate code will change - use this for your rental or temporary guests - your rental manager should use this code for rentals.

    2. Permanent OWNER only code: every owner has 1 permanent gate code for their personal use - this never changes - unless requested. We do NOT recommend giving this out to anyone other than your immediate family who need ongoing access. Do NOT give this to renters.

    3. 2nd Owner/ code: every owner can request a 2nd 'permanent' gate code for house cleaners, etc who need regular access - this also will not change unless requested. i.e, you change house cleaners and want to remove access.

*Emergency Contact Info* - it is important to have your emergency contact info verified and updated. At least 2 different people and key or lockbox access is advisable. All information is secure and confidential and only used in an emergency. Help us help you! Contact Rose today to verify or update your info:

*Check your smoke detectors* - change out your batteries with the clocks change - or consider getting new smoke/carbon detectors with 10 year battery life.

*Opt in for electronic communication* - help us save money by opting in for electronic delivery (email) for your monthly statements and newsletters. Cost to the HOA is about $100 per month for paper, copies and stamps.
